Professional guy looking for room

Hi im Ben 45 looking for double room with ideally a ensuite shower ( not deal breaker) I work Monday to friday leaving from 7-730 and not often back till 4-5. I currently work for a garden landscaping company/ building in east Sussex. I have 3 kids 2 old enough that I only see when they want something and a 14 year old girl which I see everyother wknd. So ideally if poss that every now and then she would be able to stay and other times we would go away for wknd. Im very clean and tidy. Ex wife mite say ocd I say respectful of stuff. Im sociable person but also just as happy having my own space. Love cats and dogs so no issue there . Looking for quiet place monday- friday and at wknds if im not out with mates and family always up for a drink or two.
