Accountable, Responsible, Experienced house mate

Hey, Im Andy. currently living in Kendal and preparing to move to north Cardiff early in the new year. This is primarily to have more contact with my 7yr old daughter. So i need a household which is happy and suitable to accommodate a child for 2-4 nights a fortnight.
Im considerate, respectful, accountable and tidy as a mature house mate. Im very experienced living in house shares and community settings as Ive rented in co housing spaces all my adult life and am very much a people person. I don't mind sharing with younger adults if they are the same.
Im currently the primary Tennant in a 3 bed house share which belongs to a friend. So Ive taken on finding new tenants if a room becomes available, and doing any maintenance work on the house.
Im also a damn good handy man to have around. Im a professional Joiner, tree surgeon and wood sculptor and have many other construction, engineering and craft skills. But have retrained in massage therapy last year and have started a 3 yr Naturopathic nutrition diploma in Cardiff this year. so ill likely be studying at least two days a week and working various odd construction jobs and as a mobile masseur sometimes too.
Im looking for somewhere with either a garage or shed or garden space where i could build a shed to keep my Lathe and have a little craft/work space. And i am happy to share and teach the skills i have.
