Hi! I’m a 19-year-old working professional looking for a self-contained studio, annexe, bedsit or small 1-bedroom property in the Fleet / Frimley / Camberley area, ideally with my own private entrance, bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette.

I’m specifically looking for somewhere self-contained rather than a traditional house share, as I’d really like my own private living space. I’m open to studios, annexes, converted garages, garden rooms or similar accommodation.

I’m currently working in hospitality on a regular basis and am a clean, respectful and responsible person. I’m quiet at home, don’t smoke and would take great care of the property.

Looking for:
• Self-contained accommodation
• Private bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette
• Private entrance preferred
• Fleet / Frimley / Camberley, but open to nearby areas
• Ideally available in the near future
• Budget: around £800–£1,000 pcm, depending on bills/accommodation
