Looking for a Flatmate/Buddy

Hey everyone! 👋🏾

My name is Theresa, and I’m looking for a lovely female flatmate to find a place in London with! I’m hoping to move by the end of the year, so I’d love to connect with someone who is also looking around a similar timeframe.

A little about me — I work full-time as an Assistant Project Manager and I’m also a freelance fashion stylist, so my weeks can be pretty busy! I’m usually in the office four days a week, but outside of work I enjoy fashion, going out for food and drinks, exploring new places, socialising and generally making the most of my free time.

I’d love to live with someone friendly, respectful, honest and easy to communicate with. Cleanliness is really important to me, so I’m looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and wants to keep our home feeling nice, tidy and comfortable.

Ideally, I’d love a flatmate where we can actually become friends over time rather than just being two strangers sharing a space. It would be nice to occasionally cook together, have a glass of wine, watch something, go out or explore London together — while also completely respecting that we both have our own lives and sometimes just want our own space.

I’m quite independent and really value personal space and boundaries, so I’d like to live with someone who feels similarly. I think the best balance is being able to hang out together without feeling like we have to do everything together!

Location 📍
I’m pretty flexible when it comes to areas and I’m open to exploring different parts of London. Ideally, I’d like to be within Zones 1–3, but my main priority is having really good transport links and being able to get into Central London easily for work. And I would really like my own bathroom!

Budget 💷
Ideally, I’d love to find somewhere around £1,100 per month including bills, but my absolute maximum would be £1,200 including bills.
