Professional seeking room in city-centre

Hi, I'm Daniel, a recent History graduate from the University of Southampton, moving to Manchester for a new job based in the city centre (St Albert's Square). I'm looking for a room in a friendly shared house or flat from the end of October or early November.

About me:

- Starting full-time work, so I'll have a steady income and can give references and proof of my job offer.
- Easy-going, respectful of shared spaces and happy to pitch in with cleaning and household jobs.
- I'm out at work during the day, so I'm quiet at home in the week.
- I'm also active, i play basketball often and love working out

What I'm looking for:

- Budget of £500-900 per month, ideally with bills included.
- Within about 20-30 minutes' walk of St Albert's Square, so the city centre, Northern Quarter, Ancoats, Salford or Ardwick all suit me.
- A tidy, sociable-but-not-rowdy household. I'm happy to chat, cook or watch something together, but I also like having my own space.
