Young Professional looking for Flatshare.

(Not sure if this is read by the landlord or my Buddy-Ups, so just wrote in relation to the Landlord)

I'm Chad,

I'm a 22 year old male professional looking for a Flatshare with no more than 3-4 occupants. Preferably young professional males, but I am not prejudice.

A little bit about myself; I have moved from Bournemouth to Edinburgh recently. I have a job in Livingston, and once settled properly will be going to the gym/ or finding a dance social in Edinburgh.

I'm pretty laid back; as long as future flatmates generally clean up after themselves and aren't throwing relentless house parties till 3am on a Tuesday morning, then we should get on :).

For room requirements, just the basics: clean room with bed and working windows; no mould; working fixtures; generally sound proof; communal kitchen; lounge not required, but would be nice.

I'd be looking for a property that is ~20 minute walk from Waverley or Haymarket station.

PS: I don't want a live in Landlord, soz.
