Social, yet respectful space and privacy

I’m young creative, Interior Designer, very ambitious about building my dream life brick by brick.
I’m looking for a double room with en-suite in an LGBTQ household, or to buddy up with another young ambitious professional and rent a flat together.

Ideally the vibe I search is an area with inspiring community, cultural diversity and vibrant backgrounds, it should be well connected, yet private and not that noisy. Nature, forest and parks nearby are well desired.

The building that could match my style would be either industrial loft or a house with a garden, although open for any interesting options.

I like the shared area to be spacious and open with dinning and relax zone for socializing over beer and bbq in our free time.

My room - is preferably an en-suite, with a sense of privacy and quiet. Spacious and bright with ability to be well dimmed at night. Desk area is a plus, as I will be able to work from home.

I’m respectful of other people personal space and their belongings as I expect the same. Would be amazing if our interests match and we bond, although I value boundaries as well. Would like to create a sense of community in the area where I live.
