Respectful professional & adorable Border Terrier

Hi, I’m Ottillie! I’m 43 and currently taking some well-deserved sabbatical time to rest, focus on my health, and transition into some freelance projects. Because of this, my finances are completely secure, and I’m looking for a calm, stable place to land. My maximum budget is £850 per month (including bills).
I am a very independent, respectful, and warm housemate. I thoroughly appreciate a quiet, peaceful home environment to recharge, so I’m ideally looking to share with just a homeowner who enjoys a similar low-drama, relaxed vibe.
I come as a package deal with my small, incredibly well-behaved Border Terrier, Ernie. He is absolutely adorable, fully house-trained, quiet, and loved by everyone he meets!
In my downtime, I love reading, listening to audio books, taking things easy, taking Ernie out for nature walks and I’ve recently developed a massive passion for growing my own vegetables.
What we are looking for:
• A quiet, comfortable room in the SK7 or SK2 areas.
• A relaxed, independent house dynamic where we can have a friendly chat in passing but completely respect each other's privacy.
• Access to a garden is essential so Ernie can stretch his legs and I can keep a few pots of veggies on the go!
