Double Room wanted in East/North London 1st Nov

* I’m looking for a double room in a 2-3 bed flat/house for 1st November (or before)

*Budget is £1150 max including bills

* I’m also open to a sublet for minimum of 5 months

* Unfurnished or partially furnished room (I don’t mind) ☺️

* Area: North & East London (Walthamstow, Leyton, Forest Gate, Hackney, Shoreditch, Dalston, Finsbury Park etc)

* I’d ideally like to live with 1-2 other people around my age 😌

I’m 36 from Dublin, Ireland working as a nanny (and an actor whenever I find the time!) As I just moved over, I’m in the middle of securing a full-time job but I have a UK-based Guarantor. I used to live in East London before I moved home for a while and I loved it!! 🤩 fun fact: I also lived in New York where I studied acting! I’m really clean & tidy, relaxed and chill and would love to share a space with a like-minded person. I’d like to be friends with my housemate (or at the very least not feel like strangers!) and also appreciate alone time/personal space. I love meeting friends for drinks, having a quiet night in watching TV, yoga, and love going to theatre shows of course!
