Two friends looking for 2 rooms in Zone2 North!

Hi! We’re Julius and Ant, both 32, friends from university and working professionally in tech/pharma in Central London. We’re looking for two double rooms in North London, ideally Zone 2, with a budget of around £1,200 each pcm, excluding bills.
We’re aiming to move around the first or second week of November, and are particularly interested in the area bounded by West Hampstead in the west, Archway in the north and Highbury in the east, although we’re open to nearby areas for the right place.
Ideally, we’re looking for a 4-bedroom house or flat with two other people. We’d love to find a friendly, relaxed house share where people actually enjoy living together — cooking together, watching films, going to the pub, heading out for gigs or doing things around London — but where everyone is also comfortable doing their own thing and having their own routine.
We’ll both be working a mix of office and WFH. We’re clean, organised and considerate, and looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep. We’d ideally prefer a non-smoking household, although we’re happy with somewhere where smoking can be kept outside on a balcony or in a garden. We’d also prefer no pets.
Outside work, we’re both pretty active and enjoy trying new things. Julius is into triathlon, tennis, the gym and mountaineering, while Ant has recently got into indoor climbing and bouldering, and enjoys five-a-side football and running. We both enjoy spending time with friends and family, getting out to gigs, festivals and events, and generally making the most of London.
We’re happy to join an existing household or find somewhere with other people looking to move, so we're open to different setups as long as the people and place feel right.
