Mature student seeking flat share. Quiet creative

Hey,

I'm fairly quiet in a flat share usually, and I'm well past my partying days. I live quite a calm life. I previously worked full time as a software engineer but I'm now a full time mature student with Open University studying English lit and Creative Writing. I'm tidy and clean and will be considerate with shared spaces. I do play guitar and sing so you might hear me do this but I can keep it to certain times. I'm a creative person who is pivoting in my life, interesting in dance, acting, writing and muic. I am on univeral credit with the disability component which covers most of a rent portion, too. Sadly this can be off putting for landlords however it means I have guaranteed, reliable income for rent until I start working again. If this is not an issue for you please offer me a room, my one bedroom flats rent has become extortionate I really need a move, lol.
