Hi, I'm Jacob, 26. I'm a frontend engineer, moving to London and looking for a room from 1 November, ideally around Bethnal Green, Hackney, London Fields, Dalston, Clapton, Whitechapel or Stoke Newington.
I work from home most of the week and travel up to Leeds once a week. At home I'm tidy, clean and considerate, and I'm sociable too: always up for a chat or a drink.
I can provide an employer reference and proof of income. I'm looking for a room with no deposit. My budget is up to £850 a month including bills.
When I'm not working I'm at the gym, cooking, or out at a gig or a pub with friends. I love finding new places to eat, and I love a good TV series. Happy to have a call or come for a viewing whenever suits you.
