Looking for a fun and friendly house share!

I’m Florence, I’m 26 and looking for a double room in London anytime after mid-December!

I’ve just accepted a new job in Public Health at Brent Council and looking to move back to London after being in Bristol for the last year!

I’m looking for a double room in a fun and friendly house share. I lived in London for 4 years before moving to Bristol last year, so already have lots of friends in the city, but it’s still really important to me to have housemates where we all get along and spend time together- whether it’s just a chilled out movie/reality TV/ true crime doc night or a couple of pints of jubel at the pub that may or may not turn into a big night out 🤪

I’m sort of your typical, slightly insufferable, mid twenties girl who loves running, Pilates, finding a good coffee spot or wine bar and trying to make the most of living in London- especially making the most of all the day festies /gigs!! Currently obsessed with country music but also big fan of a house event or anything with a good vibe, so if you need someone to come with you to see an artist no one else likes, I’m your gal

Im hoping to find somewhere for around £900PCM but could stretch my budget a little bit for the perfect place! My dream room would have lots of natural light and storage (and ideally just enough space for me to not have to sell my reformer🧘‍♀️), and a nice and cosy lounge. I’m really looking for a home more than just a house where we can all add touches to make it our own.

I’m really not fussy about where in London I’ll be living buttttt it would be preferable to be with a 15 min walk of a night tube station, some green space, a nice gym and a decent pub. My new job is in Collendale so Northern line would be ideal, but this isn’t a dealbreaker! I lived in Clapham when I was last in London which I loved- but equally happy to explore somewhere new.

I’m super tidy so prefer to live with people who are the same, having a messy kitchen kinda stresses me out and I’m more than willing to pull my weight and a half in keeping the house clean, tidy, and a nice place to relax after work!

I’ve lived in a few house shares and always had really good experiences, and am still really good friends with my old housemates- with some of my best and closest friends being people I met on SpareRoom years ago, so hopefully that gives a bit of confidence that I’m a pretty mint housemate / person??

I’m in no rush to move, but could also move as early as the 18th Dec for the right place, so happy to go grab a drink together to see if we get on :)
