2 professionals looking for spatious 2 bed

We're looking for a 2 bed property in Nunhead, Brockley, Camberwell, Peckham or Brixton. Our budget is £2500 pcm and we'd like a spatious, well-presented property with 2 reasonably sized double bedrooms. We'd prefer a property with some outdoor space and two bathrooms but these aren't dealbreakers.

We are two professionals, aged 25-26, who have been good friends for 8 years. I grew up in rural Somerset so have very much enjoyed exploring London over the last 3 years from my current local area of Shoreditch, although I'm looking forward to being closer to some lovely green spaces around Nunhead. I enjoy yoga, art, hiking, and a good pub. Nahome grew up in Pimlico with a lot of family in South London so is excited to be closer to them. He likes live music, climbing, being outdoors, and cycling here there and everywhere. We both studied at Oxford University where we became close friends and housemates.
