Just looking for a room plus extra five hundred
Hi, I am 31, don't smoke or drink, just looking for a room for the 28th, the council are helping me with an incentive payment scheme and are offering any landlord who will take me an extra five hundred, I am in Chatham at the moment but don't mind where I go, please message me if you have an offer. I can't pay a deposit but can pay the upfront rent plus the extra five hundred. I will be homeless on the 28th if I can't find something.
