Friendly professional looking for a room or annexe

I’m a 60-year-old, full-time working professional, active and sporty, with a relaxed and easy-going outlook, looking for a room or ideally an annexe within a friendly home.

I’m tidy, dependable and respectful, and very happy to muck in. I enjoy being outdoors and would be glad to help with gardening, looking after or walking dogs, caring for animals, or other useful jobs around the house/property in return for a more affordable rent.
