F22 postgrad seeking bills included flatshare

Hi! I'm a 22-year-old prospective international postgraduate student looking for a room in a friendly, clean and welcoming house share from January 2027.

I'm a creative interested in film, music and writing, and I'm hoping to find a home with considerate, respectful housemates who are happy to socialise occasionally while also respecting each other's space. I'd love to live somewhere with a nice community feel, ideally with other students or young professionals.

My preferred budget is up to £700 pcm, with £900 pcm as my absolute maximum for the right room. Bills included would be ideal, as I'd like to keep my monthly expenses predictable. I'm open to different room types and locations depending on transport links and the property.

I'm looking for somewhere clean, secure and well maintained, with good transport connections and a manageable journey home in the evenings. I'm responsible, considerate and tidy, and would love to find somewhere that feels like a home rather than simply a place to sleep.
