En-suite room wanted in E2 - tidy professional, 31

Looking for an ensuite room in a clean, calm flat around Cambridge Heath or Bethnal Green, ideally Hackney Road. Budget up to £1,650 pcm, bills included. Can move in from mid-October, for 12 months or longer.

I'm Marina, 31, from Japan. I moved to London in July and work in marketing in Bethnal Green. I'm in the office every day, so I'm out most of the day.

At home I'm very quiet. On weekday evenings I usually cook (happy to share some Japanese home cooking now and then), with a dinner out about once a week. Weekends I'm often out, but I also love a quiet night in with Netflix.

As a flatmate: I'm very tidy, and because I have a dust mite allergy I clean often, shared spaces included. Considerate and a non-smoker. Outside work I love the theatre, art museums, gigs and trying new places to eat.

Because of the allergy, I'm looking for flatmates who keep things clean too – a tidy home really matters to me.

Happy to provide an employer reference and proof of income. Also open to buddying up with a like-minded woman to rent a 2-bed with two bathrooms together.
