Looking for a room or someone to buddy up

I'm 38-year-old professional from the Czech Republic. I’m clean, considerate, and easygoing. In my free time, I like working out, listening to music, meditating. I value a peaceful, comfortable home where everyone feels relaxed.

I'm looking for preferably unfurnished room, as I have my own bed and furniture. Or a buddy-up partner to find a flat together. I'd love to live with someone who is friendly, respectful and values keeping common areas tidy and clean. Ideally looking for someone who is responsible with bills, who enjoys occasional chat or a shared meal, but also respects personal space.
