Friendly Professional Gardener

I'm looking for a house with a room, or potential buddy up to rent a two or more bedroom with. I work as a full time Landscape Gardener. I'm looking for a relaxed and chill social environment to live in, I like to cook dinner and am happy to share.
Ideally I would like somewhere with a small garden and a bathtub, but neither of these things are deal breakers. Will need space to park a medium sized car. Open to both men and women if it's a good personality fit.
