Young professional for CC roomate / flat

Hey, I'm Christian! I'm 32 and work for a marketing agency, where I've been for around four years. I've lived in and around Manchester for the past 10 years.

I work from the office two days a week and from home for the rest, so a dedicated home-office space would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

I'm looking for a spacious flat where we can both enjoy our own space but also socialise and have a chat now and again. Ideally, I'd like to be in or close to the city centre. Castlefield and Salford Quays would be top of my list, but I'm flexible for the right place and also open to Stockport.

I'm pretty laid-back and a bit of a homebody. I like keeping a clean, comfortable home and usually cook most nights. Outside of work, I enjoy gigs and concerts, the cinema, reading, films and TV, listening to music and trying new food. I'm also on a bit of a fitness journey at the moment, so having a gym nearby or on-site would be a bonus.

I have my own furniture, but I'm not particularly attached to it, so I'm happy to work around what's best for the flat.

I also have two very friendly, chilled indoor cats who would be moving with me, so being comfortable around cats is a must!

There's no massive rush for me to move, so I'm happy to wait for the right place and the right flatmate. That said, I'm in a position to move fairly quickly if something suitable comes along, with around a month's notice.
