👋 Professional seeking new or existing house share

Hi there 👋

I’m Dan, 32, and looking for a house or flat share in Chelmsford. Ideally I’m looking for a double room with en-suite, but the en-suite isn’t a deal breaker.

I’m also open to starting a new house share or flat share with someone if it lines up.

I’ve previously lived in house shares (albeit 12 years ago!) so know the lay of the land and how things work. Up until now I’ve been a home owner but moved back home last year and am now looking to start again.

I work from home, so that’s a bit of a dealbreaker for me in terms of being able to and other housemates not having a problem with that.

I can cook, clean, and generally be domestic. Having been a homeowner I know how to take care of a house and why it’s important, and having been in house shares before I know how and why to be considerate.

I’m a huge music fan, so am always listening to it, reading about it, or writing lyrics/poetry. Music can be kept to headphones if necessary though!

I’m a combination of a night owl and early bird, so am very varied.

I’m pretty sociable, and love to meet new people, so like to think I’d get on well in a house share again.

I don’t smoke, but do vape occasionally. I don’t have any pets.

I’m a reluctant runner, but know that I don’t I’ll go insane and get out of shape.

Always up for a pub trip or something sociable, and happy to mix with housemates.
