Looking to build a safe home with open minded folk

Hello!

I am not looking for nor am fixed on a specific living setup, rather am looking for peers/friends/kind strangers to share or build a home with. Preferably a setup of 3-5 folks. I am a 24 year old nonbinary be! ng, hugely committed to communication, respect, consent, boundaries, and imagination! I am multiply neurodivergent and disabled, and am not in paid work, but have a very wide range of interests and am deeply passionate, interested and stimulated to learn and engage with the community, the natural world, and all the love and madness that entails.

I am an ambulatory wheelchair user, so would need a (somewhat) adequately accessible building, with limited obstacles and a ground floor bedroom. I also would love to have an outdoor space of sorts, to share, and grow some herbs (& more!) (however) I am also mindful of the realistic housing options in and around Brighton. I’d love to create a safe and inclusive home, whatever that may look like, and am willing to make accommodations and learn from others. Getting safe housing in Brighton as a queer, disabled person, and/or marginalised person is NOT easy - I see you.

Additional information:
-I am vegan
-I share a gorgeous little dog with my dad, so would ideally like somewhere that would accommodate animals
-I currently rely on benefits (which is not always easiest with applying to private rentals (please landlords - where do you want us to live!!))
-I have been in supported living, but unfortunately this hasn’t worked out best for me, hence i am looking to explore something else
-sober/non-smoker, but am respectful as long as others are too
