New to liverpool looking for a room/buddy up

Hello! I'm a 27yo small animal vet moving to Liverpool from Glasgow at the beginning of November. I'm new to the city and don't know many people around so looking for someone with a spare room or someone wanting to buddy up to find a place to share. Ideally in the Baltic/L8 area. I'm originally from Spain so very friendly and sociable, I'd like to find someone that isn't just looking to co-exist in the same space but to try to make the place a home. Always up for a pint after work, a night out or for a random gig/exhibition but also enjoy a chill night in and appreciate other people's personal space. I love hiking and anything art so hopeful to find someone with similar interests. Females preferred and only LGBTQ+/LGBTQ+ friendly pls! I work regular 9-17 hours so I won't bother you with weird night/weekend shifts + I'd be out of your way if you work from home.
