Finally looking to make the move

Hi, my name is Nicholas, but feel free to call me Nick.

I have been a working professional in Putney for a few years now, but currently rent outside London and am looking to move in.

Needs to be either within walking distance of any stations between Barnes and Clapham or 30mins walk from Putney high street.

Looking for a well kept place. Ideally a bathroom shared between no more than 3 people.
Parking isn’t a must, but a positive.

I am happy to chat with people, but I prefer to not go out to pubs/clubs due to my hearing.
I am more country than club, so green space nearby or garden is a bonus.

Hope to find something but not in a rush.
Can move at any time.
