En-Suite Room Wanted

I’m 25 and work as a bookseller in York. I’m a quiet person and, when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me reading, writing, journaling, watching a film, or walking in the city after a good cozy cafe.
I also love cooking and I’m very much a fan of an afternoon cup of tea, preferably with a nice playlist in the background. I’m quite tidy and really appreciate having a clean, nice-smelling home (Iove scented candles) and that's an important matter to me. I always clean up after myself.
I’m definitely not a big party person, so home is usually my little peaceful retreat, but I’m definitely up for the occasional evening with friends, a glass of wine, or a bit of a chat.
I’m basically looking for a friendly, comfortable home where everyone is respectful of each other’s space.
