Hey! I’m Devaughan, a 26-year-old professional working in the music industry alongside studying for my master's in music business at ICMP.

I work in label and marketing operations, as well as being a DJ, producer and creative. My work keeps me busy, and I’m focused on building my career while completing my studies.

I’m looking for a comfortable single or double room in a friendly, clean and respectful household, ideally with bills included. I’m tidy, considerate of other people’s space and understand the importance of making a house feel like a home.

Outside of work and studying, I’m usually involved in music, discovering new artists, going to events or spending time with friends. I’m sociable and easygoing, but I also value my own space and appreciate a peaceful home where everyone respects each other’s routines.

What I’m looking for

- A single or double room available from 20th November 2026
- Bills included, ideally.
- A clean, comfortable and well-maintained home.
- Friendly and respectful housemates.
- Good transport links, preferably in South or South-East London, although I’m open to other areas.
- A place I can comfortably call home for the longer term.

I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into while balancing work, university and my creative projects.
