My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, so like all classic third wheelers not wanting to get in the way of young love, it’s time to find something new.

The budget I have set should be including bills.

I’m originally from the Kent coast but have recently been living in Limehouse over in East London.

I work for myself, running my own business working in the design industry for the last 6 years. This is a combination of working from home but also travel both in the UK and internationally.

I’m relatively flexible with what it is I’m seeking, for me it’s about being in a low-intensity dynamic amongst professionals where we crush the pub quiz in the week but appreciate our own space.

I’m happy to live with one other or a smaller group, it’s about having a laugh and building friendships along the way.

You can find me in east, south, north and west London. I love exploring the best city in the world and am not overly fussed what part of it I call home.

I’m looking for something furnished as I am moving in relatively lightly; a desk, a bit of wardrobe space and walking distance from a banging chinese takeaway and I’m easy.

Like anyone, I appreciate a clean space and I’ll be the first to ask you if you need anything from the shop.

My weekends and some mid-week evenings are often dedicated to football photography. It’s a huge passion of mine and more than willing to take you to a game or even elevate your Instagram after one too many on a night out.
