The London rental gods have decided it’s time for me to move again, so here I am. 🫡
I’m 28, work in marketing and am looking for a nice, clean house to call home from mid-December onwards, ideally towards the end of December. A house that looks like its pictures, has decent storage and doesn’t come with an unexpected mouse infestation. Is that really too much to ask in this city?
I work near Oxford Street and go into the office once a week, so I’m open to anywhere within roughly 45 minutes of central London. Finchley, Harrow, Bermondsey, London Bridge, Waterloo, Canada Water, Wembley Park, Swiss Cottage and Canary Wharf are all on my radar, but I’m happy to be introduced to other neighbourhoods too.
A bit about me: I’m 28, single and generally pretty easy-going. I love cooking and feeding people, sharing meals, hosting the occasional get-together (parties, no. A dinner with too much food and a questionable playlist, absolutely), listening to music, watching films and reading. I’m equally happy having a cup of tea and a good conversation or disappearing into my room for some quality alone time. Some days I’m sociable; other days you’ll find me minding my business and possibly talking to a plant. Balance.
I’m also very happy to live with pets. In fact, if there’s a cat or dog involved, I’d appreciate knowing that upfront because it may influence my decision-making. For all the right reasons.
Looking for a clean, comfortable home with good people, decent vibes and ideally no rodents. The bar is on the floor, but apparently London likes to keep us humble. 😂
