Looking for Double Room , Due to Landlord Selling

Good day all , I’m a relaxed laid back person , tend to keep myself to myself. So my current landlord has sold her house , and I need to vacate due to the sale but as due to still paying rent £800 and working part time I can’t get a deposit to go with a months rent , I have my kids every other weekend who stay with me Saturday night , and needing to find somewhere that will allow me to do the same as where I’ve been renting now my budget is in the range between 500-700 , any questions that you want to ask please feel free to message me
