Studio/ Annex in London or East Kent

Cool and Kind - Now Moving to Maidstone

Hi! I am a female psychotherapist and and postgraduate student at the Tavistock Centre (Belsize Lane), aged 49, living in Kent and in London regularly, from Sunday evening to Tuesday, sometimes Wednesday morning. I’m looking for a private single or double room for those nights each week.
I’d need a desk or table and reliable Wi-Fi, as I sometimes work remotely from my room.
I’m quiet, non-smoking, considerate and I will be away every Wednesday to Saturday, so the room would be yours for most of the week.
Nights: Sunday and Monday each week, sometimes Tuesday
Budget: £35 a night (£70–105 a week), or an equivalent monthly figure.
Areas: Belsize Park, Hampstead, Kentish Town, Camden, King’s Cross, Wood Green, Turnpike Lane, or anywhere on the Victoria, Northern or Piccadilly line.
Start: As soon as possible. Happy to meet first.

I am also looking for a furnished annex or studio in London or Whitstable, from May 2027. I would appreciate plenty of storage space and also a bath/tub. Can describe myself as creative, considerate and open minded. I am available to move in May, I have references from previous landlords and my budget is £700pcm.
