Quiet, tidy IT guy looking for a room from 29 Nov

Hi, I’m Tony, 24, moving up from Norwich on 29 November. I work in IT and I’m fully remote on weekdays, so I’m home during the day and need reliable internet. I’m a non-smoker, tidy and easy to live with. I train BJJ and go to the gym, so I’m out most evenings and keep to myself when I’m working.

Budget is up to £600 a month including bills. I’d like to be in or near the city centre, Gateshead, Heaton, Jesmond, Sandyford or the Quayside. Happy to do a video viewing first. Message me here if you’ve got something. Cheers
