Looking for a double room to rent

I am looking for a double room to rent. Ideally, would prefer a flat/house with one other occupant, who is respectful, quite and keeps the place clean as I would.

I work from home, 7 days a week and will also require the double room is furnished with a desk and chair that'll accommodate my working from home set up.
The living arrangement will suit someone who is a clean, quiet working professional like me who wants a quiet, peaceful set up, or someone who travels a lot for work and would be reassured their home is kept clean and safe whilst they are away.
