I'm a friendly, easy going guy looking for a comfortable place to call home. I'm clean, tidy, respectful and considerate, and I take pride in keeping my living space nice and welcoming.

Due to working shifts, including nights and weekends, I'm looking for somewhere peaceful where I can relax and recharge between shifts. I'm easy going, sociable and happy to have a chat or spend time together, but I also respect personal space and appreciate having my own downtime.


** I would like point out shift work consists of 24 hours round the clock. So I would be in and out at varied times of day or early mornings and nights. **
Ideally, I'd like to live with like minded, respectful people who value a clean home, good communication and a relaxed living environment. I'm happy being sociable around the house but equally comfortable doing my own thing.

I'm looking for a room in a well maintained property, ideally with a decent sized bedroom, good shared facilities or ensuite and convenient access to local amenities etc.

I'm reliable, responsible and considerate of others, and I'm looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room to rent.
