Sociable young professional seeking London room

Hi. I’m a 27-year-old professional working as a Policy Adviser in central London, looking for a furnished double room in a friendly, sociable house share.

Ideally, I’m looking around Brixton, Stockwell, Clapham, Balham and Battersea, but I’m open to other well-connected areas. My budget is £800–£1,050 per month, including bills, and I’m looking to move ASAP.

A little about me: I’m easy-going and sociable, and enjoy music, travelling, fitness, gigs and exploring new places. I’d love to live with other young professionals who are friendly and up for socialising occasionally, whether that’s cooking together, watching films or heading out for a drink, while respecting each other’s space.

Ideally, I’d like a house with a shared living room and a good bathroom-to-bedroom ratio. An en-suite would be a bonus!

I’m clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, and would love to find somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep.
