Hi my name is Louise. I am a disabled woman who uses walking aids and am seeking a room/property to rent in Sheffield available immediately, ideally on the ground floor but am able to navigate stairs if necessary. I am currently receiving the highest rate of LCWRA Universal Credit and 1 bedroom rate of LHA which should easily cover rent and bills. I am quiet, clean and respectful and keep to myself most of the time but am also happy to socialise. Would prefer a non smoking household.
