Professional (33F) + small puppy seeks en-suite, s

Hi! I'm Elena, 33, an Italian postdoctoral researcher who has just moved to Cambridge to start at AstraZeneca. Outside science I'm a writer and love reading, comedy, independent bookshops and art galleries. I'm quiet, tidy and considerate, I love cooking, and I can provide employer and landlord references.

I'm looking for one of the following in a central location (ideally CB1 or CB2), with all bills included, up to £1,400 pcm:
- A double en-suite room in a flat or house shared with another female professional
- A studio with a fully equipped kitchen and garden access
- A one-bedroom flat

To be upfront: at the end of November I'm bringing home Toby, a toy poodle puppy. He's small, low-shedding and will be crate-trained. I have flexible working hours, so I'll be home with him most of the time, and he'll have day care or a dog walker on office days. My partner lives in Switzerland and visits every month or two for a weekend or occasionally a week.

I’m also open to teaming up with another female professional to rent a whole place together. I’ve seen a lovely 2-bed near the Biomedical Campus/AstraZeneca for £1,900 pcm (about £950 each) and would love to find someone to apply with. I’m still confirming with the agent that a small dog is OK.
