35 M Seeking buddies to create a new home

Currently looking for buddies to create a warm and social (balanced with respect for space) home environment, where people are respectful and take responsibility for themselves and the shared space.

Flexible on location but also don't want to be too far from where the fun is in Brighton or Hove - just need to have somewhere without a parking permit wait list (so can't do central Brighton, Elm grove and a couple of other spots). If that sounds like something you'd like, get in touch!

A little about me:

I'd love to meet like-minded people but would also love to be surprised at who I resonate with!

I trained and worked in the NHS as a clinical psychologist for my career before taking a break to concentrate on deepening more fully into my inner work a couple of years ago. After two transformative (and intense!) years, a chapter is very much closing in my life and I'm excited to discover what the next one has in store for me!

Recently launched my own business visiting people in their homes to offer a blend of clinical training and my own intuitive and embodied learning. It's safe to say that growth, consciousness, spirituality and exploring the biggest questions (alongside enjoying a more grounded, slower pace of life!) are big passions. It's not all serious though. I also love nature, animals, cosy pubs, playing guitar, the odd game and just connecting on a human level. That includes just being silly and having a good laugh!

I treat my home as my sanctuary and whilst I'm more than comfortable with rough edges and a wild kind of mess, it's important for me to maintain cleanliness (particularly in the kitchen where I love to cook). I'm vegan but not preachy and live the importance of respecting boundaries and differences, so happy to live with people who don't share my values if the mutual respect is there.

Whilst I really value having quiet time to myself, I'd love to find a balance of connecting with flatmates when the mutual feeling is right. Even better is to find friends - a warm, open and relaxed community is a dream for me. I'm ideally looking to share with at least two other people if possible.

Looking for a shared place or buddy/ies in Brighton and Hove. No thank you basement flats. Preferably closer to the sea, so not out in Moulscoombe, Mile Oak, Patcham etc.
