I’m travelling from Belfast to Derry/ Londonderry from 9th of November and I’m looking for a suitable room/ flat.

My preferences are:

- A furnished flat, budget £500 per month, excluding bills.
- A furnished room in a shared house or flat.
Budget of £350–£450 per month, including bills.
- Ideally an ensuite, but I’m happy to share a bathroom.
- A convenient location with good public transport links to BT47.
- A clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay.
- Access to the property throughout the week, including weekends.

I’m tidy, responsible, and considerate, and I’ll be working during my stay. I’m happy to consider short-term lets, lodger arrangements, or house shares.
