Looking for flatmate for 2-bed home from Jan 2027

I am looking for a flat mate to join in a house share from January 2027. I am a government researcher based in Leeds currently. *Disclaimer - the dog is not mine, so I do not come with a dog (sadly or otherwise, depending on your view)...

My preference is in Leeds, York, Sheffield or Manchester (in that order), ideally in a house rather than a flat or apartment.

I would like to live with someone who shares similar interests and values to my own, and who is a clean and respectful flat mate.

I am generally an early-ish sleeper (10 - 11pm) and early riser (7am), and so value someone who respects quiet time during unsociable hours, with exceptions for occasions on which friends are over or we are hosting e. g. a party.

I enjoy reading, outdoor activities, film and television, food, dancing and so on.
