Professional looking for a quality 2 bedroom

I’m a 45-year-old engineer working in Aberdeen and I’m looking for one other person to buddy up with for a good-quality 2-bedroom flat.

I’m mainly looking around Ferryhill, West End, Holburn and Rosemount, and I’m happy to pay around £600–£700 per month for my share for the right place.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going. I’m quite active and spend a lot of my free time at the gym, swimming, hiking or travelling. I’m sociable and happy to chat or have a drink together, but I also like having my own space.

My work pattern varies. I sometimes work offshore, so there will be periods when I’m away completely. When I’m in Aberdeen, I usually work from home 2–3 days a week, and I also spend around three months of the year working remotely during the summer.
