Kiwi bartender seeking long term accomodation

Hello!

I'm a 25 year old Kiwi and have recently moved to London for a job I'm really excited about. Looking for a place to call home, ideally for a year or longer, but open to shorter term options.

I'm clean, tidy and considerate of neighbours and flatmates. Outside of work I'm big on fitness (Long time gym goer but painfully transitioning to running), reading, and generally exploring London and the many galleries it has to offer.

I work in hospitality, so my hours and days off can vary. Alcohol is an occupational hazard so I try to avoid it at home, however quite easily persuaded for a cheeky pint here and there.

Quiet and independent during the working week, long hours means I usually keep to myself or I'm likely asleep if home. I would love to have extended conversations or be involved in social activities whenever I have the time.
