28yo arts professional looking for a flat in NW

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm Casper, 28, originally from Hong Kong, and I recently moved to London! I'm starting a full-time role in Communications & Marketing at an art centre in November, so I'm looking for somewhere lovely to call home!

🏡 What I'm looking for:
Budget: Ideally £950–£1,150 pcm, including bills.
Location: Ideally West Hampstead, South Hampstead, Kilburn, Finchley Road or nearby, but open to anywhere within 45 minutes of West Hampstead / Finchley Road.
Move-in: Late October / November, flexible for the right place.
Room: A furnished double room, ideally with space for a desk as I'll occasionally be working from home.
Household: LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, considerate and relaxed.
Stay: Ideally long-term (12 months or more).

An en-suite would be a lovely bonus, but isn't essential. I'd also love a communal living room where we can occasionally hang out!

✨ A little about me:

I'm easygoing, friendly, tidy and considerate. I'm pretty sociable and always up for a chat, a meal together or a movie night, but I also really value my quiet time and respect other people's privacy and boundaries.

I work in the arts, so you'll often find me wandering around galleries, catching a theatre show, discovering new cafés or exploring London. I'm also into films, travelling, going to the gym and anything cat-related! 🐈

I'm gay, so finding an LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming household is important to me.

As a flatmate, I'm clean, respectful, reliable with rent and mindful of shared spaces. I enjoy a friendly household atmosphere without feeling like we have to socialise all the time.

Ultimately, I'd love to find somewhere cosy that feels like a proper home, with lovely people who enjoy the occasional catch-up over a cup of tea (or a glass of wine!).
