Looking for a room to rent

Hiya! My name is Sophie Robinson, mI’m 19 and I’m looking for a room to rent. I work full-time as a waitress and I’m a very clean, tidy and respectful person. Some days I finish work late and get home around 11:30pm. I don’t smoke. I have 2 female cats both with extreme anxiety one is 14 years old and the other is 2 years old they are both inside cats and are fully house trained. They have regular flea and worming treatment every month. Due to their anxiety they would just be in the room I’m renting because a lot of noises or moving around them scares them.
