Hi everyone!
My name is Yuliia. I’m from Ukraine and have been living in London for over four years now. I work as a Personal Assistant in marketing and content creation for the CEO of a popular bakery chain in London. My office is based in Fitzrovia.
I currently live near King’s Cross station. I truly love my cosy room, but unfortunately, my current property is in receivership due to a landlord financial dispute, so I need to relocate. So I am looking for a new place to call home.

What I am looking for:
Agreement: Tenancy agreement only (not looking for lodger agreement)
Vibe: Cleanliness, cosiness, and a friendly, respectful atmosphere are very important to me.
Location: Ideally somewhere central so I can easily commute to my office in Fitzrovia.
Bathroom: I currently have an en-suite and would love to have my own bathroom again, but I’m happy to consider other options as well.
Friends: it's important for me to be able to invite my friends over for a movie night or a cup of tea in my room.
