Looking for 1 bed flat

Hey, I’m looking for a 1 bed flat in the area to share with my boyfriend. We currently live in Peckham by queens Road but unfortunately our landlord wants to move back in so we are now looking for another place. 🏡

We are exceptionally clean and tidy (I have a part time business for myself in cleaning and gardening) so can absolutely prove this for assurance that the place will be kept beautifully. If it has a garden, that’s a massive bonus as I will happily take care of this and put some time and my own money into it. 🧼 🪴

I have a side hustle of buying and selling vintage and antiques in homeware and clothing so ideally would like it to be unfurnished so we can add our own lovely charm. I also do photography and have a degree in this so can help out if it’s ever needed 📻📹🎞️

My official job is delivering beer all around London but slowly cutting my hours down here to pursue my own business and side hustles. My boyfriend works full time at a kombucha factory called Momo so if you’re into that he could absolutely sort you out with some freebies. We are both very creative and passionate about making things and doing things, but sometimes can procrastinate. 🍺🍸

We have a budget of £1750 but can potentially push a little bit higher if it’s the right place✨
