Struggling writer just looking for a flat

I am a self-employed author and model looking for somewhere to live with someone nice and friendly. Nothing too big or too small and it doesn't have to be anything fancy, provided the place is clean, warm and comfortable. I don't play music loudly, I like to sit at home and work and read and also to go out and socialise, I always tidy up after myself, I cook, I clean, I hoover, I dust, I mop. I never smoke indoors but don't mind if you do, I bathe and shower as often as the bill allows, I'm very hygienic, I don't have any pets, but don't mind if you do, people tell me I'm funny and good-company, I'll let you know if there's something I want to watch but won't hog the remote. People tell me I'm fun to be around so I'll cheer you up if you've had a hard day and I'm a good listener. I don't touch drugs but if you want to smoke, fair enough but please do so in your own room.
