Room wanted-affordable en-Suite,single occupancy

Room wanted -En-suite, bills included, up to £720pcm
I'm helping my boyfriend find an affordable room to rent, ideally within traveling distance of my family home.

My partner would be the sole resident and would be responsible for the rent. Our maximum budget is £720 per month including all bills. Were looking for a furnished or unfurnished room with a private en-suite bathroom, ideally suitable for a longer-term stay.

I would stay overnight, approximately two nights a week, while continuing to live at my family home. The landlord would need to be happy with an overnight guest .

We're open to nearby towns outside bournemouth and would appreciate hearing from anyone with suitable accommodation.
Thank you :)
