Female vet looking for a double room near Leahurst

Hi! I am a 23-year-old female vet starting a residency (specialist veterinary training) full time at the University of Liverpool’s Leahurst veterinary campus in January 2027 for the next three years. I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home within a reasonable commuting distance.

Ideally, I’m looking for a double room with parking, preferably with an en-suite bathroom. I’d love to find a house or flat with just one other housemate, ideally another female professional, as I would prefer a quieter, friendly home rather than a large house share.

I’m clean, considerate and respectful of other people’s space. It would be lovely to find a like-minded housemate who is happy to have a chat and socialise occasionally, while also respecting each other’s independence. My partner may visit in some weekends. We are both quiet, do not drink/ vape/ smoke.

My ideal move-in date is the end of December, and I’m open to different locations as long as I can drive to Leahurst campus within 30 minutes.
