🏡 Two Friendly Working Students Looking for a Long-Term Home in Glasgow!

Hi everyone! 😊

David and I are two 23-year-olds looking for a lovely place to call home from 1st December, ideally for several years while we study and work in Glasgow.

We’re both mature first-year students, with David studying Music at the University of the West of Scotland and working as a Co-op manager, and me (Ava) studying Occupational Therapy at Glasgow Caledonian University and working in Food & Beverage at Radisson RED.

We’re genuinely open to sharing with others and would love the opportunity to meet new people! We’re both laid-back, friendly, chatty and sociable, but equally happy doing our own thing. We’re the kind of people who will always be up for a kitchen chat, cooking together, a film night or just spending time with flatmates. We get along with pretty much everyone and really value kindness, consideration and making people feel comfortable.

We both love music, cooking, psychology and going for walks. David is vegetarian, and we’re both interested in living a more conscious lifestyle. We’re tidy, organised, non-smokers and respectful of other people’s space. We both have a mixture of work and university commitments, so appreciate a balance of socialising and having our own time.

We’ve been renting since 2023, initially in student accommodation before moving into our current flat. We’ve always paid our rent on time, and our previous landlords would be happy to provide references.

What we’re looking for:

* Somewhere in Glasgow, ideally with a bit of character and natural light 🌿
* Furnished preferred, but we’re open to unfurnished
* Happy to share with other students or professionals
* Budget of up to £650 per person
* Ideally a long-term home rather than somewhere temporary

We’re currently living in the Southside and looking to move closer to where we study and work. We’re really excited to find somewhere we can settle into for the next few years and hopefully make some lovely new friends along the way!
